Auditing of National SPS Systems and Training & Capacity-Building of Value Chain Actors/Stakeholders in Borrowing Member Countries – CAHFSA
The Caribbean Agricultural Health and Food Safety Agency (CAHFSA) invites eligible consulting firms to submit Expressions of Interest for the provision of consultancy services to audit national Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) systems and deliver training and capacity-building for value chain actors and stakeholders across CDB Borrowing Member Countries under the Strengthening the Framework for Intra-regional Trade in Agricultural Products Project. The primary objective of this assignment is to assess national SPS systems, provide recommendations to strengthen these regimes, and build the technical capacities of both public and private sector stakeholders engaged in intra-regional agricultural trade. This activity is financed by the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) and will be piloted in selected member countries. (caribank.org)
