Call for Consultancy Services – Development of Gender-Responsive Knowledge and Information Products (KIPs) on Regional SPS Standards and Guidelines
The Caribbean Agricultural Health and Food Safety Agency (CAHFSA), as executing agency for the Strengthening the Framework for Intra-regional Trade in Agricultural Products Project, financed by the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), hereby invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing consultancy services.
The objective of this consultancy is to design and develop gender-responsive Knowledge and Information Products (KIPs) to support the dissemination and uptake of Regional Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Standards and Guidelines among public and private sector stakeholders in CDB Borrowing Member Countries.
The consulting firm will be required to produce a suite of communication and knowledge products, including but not limited to print and digital materials, visual media, and short video content, ensuring accessibility and gender responsiveness.
Consultants will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the CDB’s Procurement Guidelines.
The deadline for submission is 22 May 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (GMT-3)
