CAHFSA represents CARICOM perspective at the 2026 Caribbean Veterinary Medical Association Conference

- CAHFSA, in collaboration with Alchemy Consulting, will host an Internal Auditing Training Webinar on 15 May 2026 at 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern Caribbean Time via Zoom.
The webinar is designed to strengthen internal auditing capacity within food safety systems by equipping participants with practical knowledge on audit principles, risk identification, audit planning, reporting, communication, corrective actions, and continual improvement.
The session will be led by Alissa McQuaig, Senior Food Safety Consultant at Intertek Alchemy, who brings extensive experience in food manufacturing, food safety systems, quality management, and third-party auditing. Andy Chilton, Director of Consulting at Intertek Alchemy, will also share information on company offerings and how Intertek Alchemy supports organizations in achieving their compliance and certification goals.
